The architectural project for the renovation of a building located in the historical development near the Trigorna manufactory in Moscow on Rochdelskaya Street is the embodiment of a neat integration into the surrounding historical development. The concept is to rethink the development with modern needs in mind.

The concept provides for the introduction of modern technologies and solutions to ensure comfort and maximum functionality. Special attention is paid to preserving the unique atmosphere and character of this Moscow neighborhood.

The main goal is to create external beauty combined with convenience for the residents of Moscow.
